Register once, then bid in the room, by telephone, by absentee bid or online. Every registration is approved directly by Abell Auction.
Create your account
Complete the registration form and we will email you a confirmation link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Register for the specific sale
Each auction requires its own registration. All registrations are approved directly by Abell Auction — known clients are cleared automatically.
Preview the lots
Catalogues are posted at least one week before the sale date. Come to the gallery during preview, or request condition photographs from the specialist.
Bid
Bid live online, in person, by telephone, or leave an absentee bid. To arrange a telephone or absentee bid, call (310) 858-3073.
Pay and collect
Payment is due in cleared funds after the close of the auction, and purchased lots must be removed within seven calendar days. Collection is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm PT, at the Commerce gallery.

Shipping
Abell does not pack or ship merchandise. We provide referrals to vetted outside contractors who handle packing, freight and international export. Final arrangements are between the buyer and the shipper.
