Description:

Synthetic polymer paint on canvas board, Papunya Tula Artists Pty. Ltd., Alice Springs, cat. no. K791129, Hogarth Galleries, Sydney, acquired from the above in 1992, Richard Kelton Collection, Santa Monica.
Exhibited: ‘Awake to the Dreamtime: Australian Aboriginal Art', San Diego Museum of Man, San Diego, CA, 19 February - 24 May 1993.

The painting is cited as 'Witchetty Grub Dreaming, 1979. Kaapa Mbitjana Jampijinpa' in the Sutton Dreamings catalog, although it is believed to be by Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri and illustrates his Possum Dreaming.
